Return Policy
At Pro-Nuts, we take pride in the quality of our nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and more. We strive to ensure every product meets your satisfaction. However, if you are not fully satisfied, our return policy is outlined below:
Complaint Logging - Customers must log a complaint within 7 days of receiving their order. After this period, we are unable to process any returns or refunds.
Return Conditions - The product must be returned in its original packaging and must contain at least three-quarters (3/4) of the original amount.
Return Process - All returns must be sent back to us using the Pudo locker-to-locker system. We will cover the return courier cost.
We offer a full refund under the following conditions:
1. Taste : If you are unhappy with the taste.
2. Quality Issues: If the product does not meet our high-quality standards.
3. Pest Issues or foreign objects: If there are any pests present or foreign objects in the product.
4. Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that you did not order.
Proof of Fault - Customers must provide proof of the issue by sending images of the faulty product along with the original packaging. We are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with our products and services.
